The family houses “Boskovic” are situated in administrative center of Budva town, in the street of Blaza Jovanovica 34, in a quiet settlement, far from the traffic crowd.

The houses are only 300 meters far from the beach, 100 meters from the most frequently visited hotel of “Slovenska plaza”, indoor pool, sport center.

General Conditions

Rooms and apartments cleaning: we do it every day; we change the bed-clothes every 3-4 days, depending of the length of dwelling, and we change the towels every day

Reception of the guests: at the day of arrival till 08 p. m.

Departure: on the day of departure till 10 a.m.

The beginning of accommodation usage: from the noon

It is not allowed to use the devices for hot drinks preparation or cooking in the rooms
For hot drinks preparation, the household ensured the devices for it on the terraces of the facilities
The guests have to abide to the home rules which will be noted at the special place in the house
The guests are not allowed to take the pets in the house

Material damage: In all rooms and apartments there is an inventory list. Possibly damage made in the room, apartment or any piece of inventory, the guest has to pay at once.
